2.1 Registration Process

To open an account at ase 365, accurate and complete information must be provided. The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other details given at registration must be truthful and up to date. An account created with false information may be closed at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts, they must use different devices and payment methods.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ase 365 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Typically, a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This process ensures a secure experience for all users.

2.4 Account Security

Account passwords and login details are strictly personal. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing a third party to use the account is prohibited. If unauthorised activity on the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

All services at ase 365 are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Use of the service by minors is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, users confirm that they are at least 21 years of age.

• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Employees or their close relatives are subject to separate rules regarding use of the service.
• A person who has an active Self-Exclusion may not open a new account during that period.
• Any person who is unable to make decisions due to a mental impairment may not use this service.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at ase 365 is ৳300. Available deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, various major commercial banks are supported, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposited funds are usually credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, the support team should be notified. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited — the deposit and withdrawal methods must be in the same person's name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawals will not be processed if the applicable wagering requirements for bonus funds have not been met. ase 365 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Verification

All transactions are monitored under security measures. If an unusual transaction is detected, ase 365 may request additional information or temporarily place the transaction on hold.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; in that case, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash; they cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering has been completed.
• Separate wagering requirements apply to each bonus — it is important to read the relevant terms before claiming a bonus.
• It is generally not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If any fraudulent behaviour is detected in claiming a bonus, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ase 365 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus or offer without notice.

5.3 Other Promotions

Various promotions are available at specific times, including weekly reloads, cricket deposit offers, and weekend special offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which are stated in the promotion details. VIP members enjoy additional benefits including weekly cashback.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, ase 365 reserves the right to cancel that bet. If a bet remains incomplete due to an internet connection failure, it will be settled according to ase 365's records.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Arbitrage betting or misuse of bonuses is prohibited.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots is prohibited.
• Match fixing or betting with prior knowledge of a result obtained by any dishonest means is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using another person's account is prohibited.

6.3 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports in the sports betting section, including cricket and football. ase 365 follows set rules regarding odds changes, event cancellations, or suspensions for any event. If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.4 Casino Games

The results of all games, including live casino and slot games, are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The RTP and rules for each game are stated in that game's details.

ase 365 reserves the right to suspend or fully close an account in the following circumstances:

• If false information provided during registration is proven.
• If multiple accounts under the same person are identified.
• If bonus misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected from the account.
• If a request for identity verification is not responded to.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed and there is a valid balance with no rule violations, that amount will be returned to the user. However, in cases of fraud, all balances may be forfeited.
